Production times

The Aww Pretty Things production timeframe is 7 business days unless otherwise notated on a specific item description or custom order. Business days are counted following the day you make your payment. Production timeframe does not include shipping transit times.

All rush orders will be charged a 25% rush fee allowing at least 1–2 days for production. Orders needed sooner will be charged up to a 40% rush fee if accommodations are available. Orders less than $25 subtotal that require rush production include a flat $12 rush fee. Rush orders are manually invoiced only. Afterpay, Klarna, and Sezzle are not available for rush orders. Aww Pretty Things reserves the right to decline rush orders that are not feasible within the timeframe.

Shipping policy and transit times

All orders ship from Hoover, AL. First class shipping includes tracking but does not include insurance if a package is damaged or lost in transit. Priority shipping includes tracking and insurance. Aww Pretty Things is not responsible for carrier delays or packages that arrive after a needed date. Most shipping takes up to 3 business days within the United States.

Design mock-ups and custom designs

Design mock-ups are sent at the customer’s request. Request a design mock-up when placing an order. All design mock-ups include a watermark.

The Design Service charge starts at $10 and varies by complexity, such as research for specific fonts or photo modification. The service includes two revisions of the same design. Unwatermarked designs are priced by the design and formats requested, including PNG 300 DPI or greater, PDF, and JPG formats.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders are available for shirt quantities of 15 or more, with up to two colors. All shirt styles and designs must be the same. This does not include personalized shirts or full-color design shirts. The order must be paid in full 14 business days in advance to receive bulk-order pricing.

Special requests

Aww Pretty Things does not accept personal items from individuals for customization or personalization. All items must be supplied by Aww Pretty Things to ensure they are in a condition and quality appropriate for customization.

Custom order payment

Once an invoice is sent, the buyer has 12 hours to pay in full before production begins. Invoices for custom orders may automatically cancel if not paid within that timeframe, which requires a new invoice. Confirmed rush orders may incur rush fees.

Refunds and exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of items, there are no refunds or exchanges. Review the size chart if you are unsure of sizing. Aww Pretty Things is not responsible for wear and tear. If there is an error by Aww Pretty Things, contact the shop within 7 business days of receiving the order so the error can be corrected. Policies may change.
